We provide detailed valuation estimates for numerous different property types and uses. we ALWAYS comply with Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). If you are a lender or looking for valuation for a financially-regulated transaction, we also comply with the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act of 1989 (FIRREA).
We also provide appraisals for non-lending scenarios such as: acquisition/disposition decisions, life estates, divorce, portfolio management, and many more.

03. Consulting

Raymond started his career in real estate in 1998 when he purchased his first piece of investment property in Wisconsin. He later went off to college to study architecture and focus on new construction, and received his first professional real estate license in 2002.
To date, Raymond is an accomplished real estate professional having completed several renovation projects, a new construction build, and has not one, but two professional real estate licenses: Certified General Appraisal License, and a Managing Broker License. Together, his skills are unrivaled and the services provided are truly R.A.R.E.
